For optimum fit and comfort, make sure that you are wearing the headphones properly. Medium-sized (M) ear fitting supporters are attached to the LinkBuds at the time of the purchase. If they are too big or too small, select a different fitting supporter to help the LinkBuds fit better and feel more comfortable. We recommend starting with the larger sizes and working your way down to the smaller sizes until you find the best fit. Note: The best fitting supporter may be different for each ear.

If the part of the headset where sound is output is not oriented correctly toward the ear canal, the sound quality may sound poor or the left and right sound localization may sound misaligned. While we're delighted you like the great audio quality, we regret to know that you're having issues with the unit particularly with the fit and operating the headset. The LinkBuds may fall out or feel uncomfortable during use if you don't wear the LinkBuds properly or the ear fitting supporters are not correct for your ears.

• If you feel the size of the fitting supporters does not fit your ears, change the fitting supporters to another size that fits your ears better. The size of the left and right fitting supporters may be different.
• Check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears.

Wide area tap is a function that detects vibration around the ears with the acceleration sensors that are built into the headset and determines the tap operations. By tapping not only the headset unit but also the areas around the ears where the headset is worn, you can perform various operations such as music playback or phone calls.

We regret to know that the unit had to be returned. We hope you will consider Sony again in a future purchase.
