The left earphone doesn't work anymore. The hard plastic that has audio piece is painful overtime to have in my ear. You can't clean out the ear wax build up unless you break open the cap and kinda stick it together. Interesting design but there's no comfort and doesn't stay in the ear to well.

Won't charge at all anymore

It stopped charging at all just over a year after getting it, so just outside the warranty period.
