I suppose these ear phones are ok for first timers

One of the ear plugs shorts out fairly quick, and you'll need a new pair. My ear phones usually last about a month, before I use the Geek Squad Plan, to get a free new pair.

Do not buy if you need a hands free set of earbuds.
