When used on lowest volume while watching a quiet scene or low part in a song it has a white noise. Instant deal breaker. Mic is poor quality. Won't pick up my voice when on laptop unless im practically yelling.

I have multiple earbuds, some really cheap but never had this bad quality from day 1. There is static noise, the connection is not good, and the mic is horrible. Stay away from these and buy one with better cables.

Wouldnt even power off. Tried all the reset options and still would not work. Do not waste your time, several others have same issue. Just save yourself the trouble and purchase another option.
