I thought it was a fluke, but the same thing happened with the second set. I recently bought some JVC earbuds. Time will tell how they hold up.

So disappointing as I had a pair like this for about 10 years no problem. Bought 2 hope the other one works.

Would return but we are the store closed before I was able to return them. Hopefully store will allow me to return them when they reopen and do not hold firm to the 30 day return policy.

Very disappointed with this Sony headphone. Don't buy it.
