I wanted to purchase headphones without a microphone but purchased these anyways. It is nice it has a microphone mute switch for windy and other adverse conditions.

Great Bang For The Buck

They sound great, and have a decent amount of noise isolation. I use them on the subway, and it's very easy to block out the outside world. I wish they'd last a little longer than they do (around 6-7 months on average), but for the price, they're more than fine.

The Sony bass earbuds

These phones DO NOT have a volume control on them. What the heck is up with that?
