These phones DO NOT have a volume control on them. What the heck is up with that?

They are small and fit perfectly down into my ears. There aren't any hard parts to hurt my ears even when I bury my head down into my pillow. They stay put as I move around during sleep. Good sound and very wearable.

The sound quality is top notch. The overall build quality is cheap feeling but its ok because these are used for the gym.

Scheduled an appointment to replace product at Best Buy. Customer Service Representative at Best Buy informed me (Sony - MDREX14AP Wired Earbud Headphones - Black) warranty couldn't be redeemed in store for replacement. However, (prior to scheduling appointment) the warranty tech support representative instructed me that the product would be exchanged for a new pair? Totally dissatisfied with warranty; therefore, I politely walked away & purchased a new pair in store upon leaving the customer service area.

Not as good as some of the free headphones that used to come with cell phones... but good enough to hold you over to something nicer!
