Pretty good sound for a cheap pair of headphones. I always use the largest cushion adapters no matter the earbuds and these are a touch small for me but they still do the job. Can't complain.

I had these for years. Works as described. Recommend to all- non expensive. Will purchase in the future as needed.

These are my go-to wired earbuds. I can usually find them on sale, and they are pretty good quality sound for the price.

Bought 2 pairs. 1st pair broke & was told warranty was valid. Scheduled an appointment to replace product at Best Buy. Customer Service Representative at Best Buy informed me (Sony - MDREX14AP Wired Earbud Headphones - Black) warranty couldn't be redeemed in store for replacement. However, (prior to scheduling appointment) the warranty tech support representative instructed me that the product would be exchanged for a new pair? Totally dissatisfied with warranty; therefore, I politely walked away & purchased a new pair in store upon leaving the customer service area.

I got these for my dad as he uses them with his phone when he is watching YouTube cermons from his phone. He says they sound better than his previous pair.

Decent earphones, nothing much to say, Good for the price and convenient to carry. The wireless ones always fall out...

The quality of sound was great, they are light weight, easy to use. Unfortunately with the putting on and off the rubber on the ear piece fell off to many times until it was lost.

For the price of these headphones I was pleasantly surprised of the sound quality. In the past I have purchased more expensive headphones and the quality of the sound and workmanship wasn’t anywhere near as good as these.

I have been pleasantly surprised at the really good sound with these earbuds. They block the outside sound much better than my old ones and the person on the other end say I am coming through loud and clear. They doe what they should do and do it well. Enough said!

I love this earbud, it has good price for value. I don't have to charge battery. just plug in headphone jack and ready to go. I'm highly recommend this earbud, cheap price and work good.

I wanted something basic and this is pretty much it. It’s sound quality is decent and little low on the bass, however, can’t complain for the price.

I don't use expensive earphones cutting grass because they get ripped off my head a lot. I use Sony's because they sound better than all the headphones in this price range. And that's the truth.

Ok, I love Sony earbuds, always have for the last 10 years. I bought this particular one as a sub for when my over the ear Bluetooth MDR’s run out of battery and while it sounds great, blocks outside noise and was very affordable, it always seems to trigger Siri on my phone without even touching any of the buttons. Or even worse, it randomly pauses songs on Pandora or any other streaming service on top of skipping and exiting songs. I know it’s not my phone because my other earphones do not do the same thing. It drives me NUTS!!

A great sound quality headphones to have from Sony. It helpful in making listening and talking on a microphone attachment included with the headphones more better to answer and end calls without the need of taking out my phone in public.

The headphones that came with my phone broke. Kept replacing with whatever was in my drawer. Got tired of broken headphones, cheap headphones. These are a few dollars more but the extra couple of dollars is worth it. These headphones have survived a summer of gym workouts and still work. Good fit. Good sound.

I've purchased this Sony-EX14AP for a family member. The family member is picky when it comes to getting headphones, but was content after trying out these headphones. The price was good also.
