Purchased these with and for my son as his bday gift. He originally wanted a different pair but when he saw how cool these looked, he became drawn to them. Can't really second guess Sony's quality so I wasn't afraid to make the purchase. After letting him go through a week of using them, I asked how they were and he said he loved them; especially the quality of bass was clean so he was very satisfied and that made me happy! The head phones work great. Very good sound and comfortable.

I bought this on-sale item (50% discounted) to replace a lost Sony in-ear, microphone enabled earbud. It has great sound, especially bass level, but the in-ear portion is quite bulky (best for people with big ears only), and the cord is plastic - not good for cold climate cities - gets brittle and may break in the cold. OK for $20 purchase.

I have always used Sony headphones because I like the sound and how well they last.

Excellent crisp sound, and considering that I´m a bass lover, the bass is really outstanding.

Good sound quality for the price. Decent Bass. Not too tiney of a sound.

So easy to connect all devices. Works well and is compatible with both my Apple TV and laptop. Stable cord and is great for presentations at school and streaming Netflix.

Sound is great. Wish they were a little louder, but I have that problem with Bose and Beats too.

I have been a sound engineer professionally for 20 years. I can not stand the wireless earbuds so I looked for the most simple wired ones I could find for a reasonable price. They also needed to sound good. I must say for the price these earbuds are pretty good sounding, very similar to the Sony 7506 over hear headphones! I was not expecting this! I will be buying another set at some point.
