She took her time explaining the benefits of one laptop to the other. Which was beneficial to someone who is not 30 yrs old. I'm waiting for Geek Squad to complete the data transfer. Will review after I use the new laptop.

A few gripes for me. The ear plugs are a little too snug and these were the smaller ones I used. It also lacks volume control which is a big deal for me. Did not check that before I bought. Assumed it would have the volume control!

Well built and great sounding

They block outside noise really well, so don't require a lot of volume. A little bulky on the ear, but you don't notice it after wearing for a bit. Typical for most headphones now, they have a bit more "low end enhancement" which colors the sound. I prefer a flat sound in my headphones, but it seems almost impossible to find in this price range.
