I would pick this out if you don’t wanna cheap out but also don’t wanna splurge too much, these are the best you’re gonna get.

The microphone picks up TONS of background noise compared to apple headphones and makes using them as headphones for your phone not very practical. I also like to run and find that these earbuds are not great for that either.
