But on the other hand, it would slip out if there is no vacuum suction. The pressure in my ears is released when the ear bud is removed.

They weren't.

I have more comfortable earbuds that don't sound as good. These MIGHT be my loudest earbuds (higher perceived volume at same volume setting).
