Sound great, have really good bass. Comfortable. Kind of hard to sleep with in my ears though.

I have gone through a decent amount of ear buds over the years and these were def worth the money. I use them for working out and running. You can't go wrong with these ear buds, I had the skull candy 50/50's previously which were amazing in their own right but I'd have to say these are the better sounding of the two. The only knock is there isn't a volume button like the 50/50's had but that feature is hard to find for some reason regardless of price or brand?

I bought these for my husband as a gift and did not want to spend too much money at the time, especially because he is a bit hard on electronics. He has been using them at least a few hours a day for several weeks and he loves them. He said the sound is great and comparable to the more expensive brands, and they are comfortable. It was a bonus that I got them on sale!

I just purchased these head phones today, but I own 4 other Sony ear buds, one set being blue tooth, but these are by far the best sounding set I have owned so far ... the others are good but this set surpassed them all the first time I tried them. They have the crisp clear sound of a high quality head phone, and the best bass sounds I've ever heard in a set of Ear Buds. The tangle free cords are also on the plus side ... I am very happy with them so far ...

So I bought these because it said extra bass on he box. I got them and it was exactly that. They sound extremely good when listening to my music. Even when I tune my settings to take out the bass they sound excellent. They are hands down the best earbuds I have bought. Great for watching movies, playing games, and of course listening to movies. I'm sure there are better buds for a higher price but for $40 or even $50 these are totally worth it.

Keeping in mind that I'm rating on "low-price" range earbuds I've used so far, these I have to say has been the best one yet. I use these almost everyday. The fit is perfect. They have yet to fall off my ear. Outside noise is easily blocked. If someone talks to me, even when listening to a movie at low volume, I can't hear them. The sound quality is nice enough with good bass and clear crisp sound. I can pretty much hear everything clearly from a movie to music. Using it for phone calls is ok but not as good as when listening to media. For a pair of earbuds under $50, although I got these on sale, it does not disappoint.

I’ve been using this headphone set for about 1 month now. Good sound and microphone quality. Works great with phone, laptop apps and other devices. If you like emphases on base and middle range sounds, while listening to music, this is what you need. For those who likes higher pitch sound, this might not be the best option. For phone conversations or communication apps like Skype, it is an excellent choice. I’ve found that it is good isolating ambient noise and sitting comfortable in my ears. I am not sure if this is a negative, but they are a little bulky for ear phone but might be this is what’s needed to provide good lower base sound. It was a good purchase, I am enjoying it daily and would recommend to anyone.

I use these headphones mainly at work while on my laptop and my biggest takeaway is that they're very comfortable. With other headphones by about hour 2 or 3 my ears begin to ache but that's not a problem at all with these. And as someone who listens to EDM music the bass on these things is awesome. Would buy again.

Nice Clarity and bass. Good build quality. Very sturdy cord. Needs volume control button. A little heavy for the ears - constantly needs adjustment to fit despite having the proper size ear tips.

If you're looking for affordable quality, these guys are it. Like most people I am on a budget. I try to buy the best product for the most affordable price. I bought the Skullcandy Ink'd 2 Earbud (Black/Red) a few years back in an effort to get quality for a price. I was disappointed. At first they seemed to be pretty good, but as I listened more and more, I found the treble was incredibly saturated. If you listen to rock, the cymbal work can come through sounding like shattering glass and distorted. The bass also seemed impressive at first, but over prolonged use I noticed it was just a false and under powered bass sound. I finally decided to grab some earbuds that would give me what I wanted, a balanced sound stage with crisp mids, clear highs and punchy bass. If that's what you're looking for, then these earbuds are the way to go. For 30 bucks, they are double the price of most 'okay' earbuds, but quadruple the quality. The bass is dynamic, able to deliver big sound without drowning everything else out on more electronic driven songs(2NE1 I Am The Best intro for example) while delivering punchy bass on rock and metal. The mid and high range comes through clearly without distortion and doesn't hurt your ears at higher volume. The design is cool, though the way they go into your ears is a bit weird at first. The microphone for phone calls comes through clearly as well. If you can only afford 10 dollar earphones, by all means, buy what you can. However, if you can afford a bit of a higher price, buy these, you will not regret it. Update 7-24-18 : I see some reviews about these breaking easily. That is unfortunate for those that has happened too, but that has not been my experience and I use these in all kinds of environments. Listening to music at my desk, mowing the grass in 100 degree weather up and down hills for 3 hours. They've fallen out of my ear while washing dishes into water(never totally submerged), used while pumping iron, they've been ripped out of my ears or from the headphone jack numerous times for different reasons

I first bought a pair for my son who beats up earbuds fairly quickly and Beats won't warranty them since Apple owns them now. Found these for half the price and I love the sound. They're a little heavy on the bass, but the app on my phone has an equalizer so I can adjust the bass down. I get great sound, great price, and a warranty.

I bought these to replace a pair of ibeats that wore out after 2.5years. These are have similar bass volume and a good microphone and more robust looking 3.5mm connector. However, the sound distorts a little with the bass and there are no controls for playback on the cord and the silicone ear pieces don't seem to isolate outside noise as well as the previous buds did. I think these are absolutely a good value at 1/2 the price of the beats though.

retail was $50 i paid $30 in an airport vending machine. these worked great i left them in my ears for 3-4 hrs straight, maybe longer. these where used to play my Nintendo switch and tone out the world around me. pretty good at blocking outside noise and they sound good compared to similarly priced skull candy's and the soft apple ones you can buy that don't come with the phone.

Love these ear buds & worth the money. Purchased the extended warranty just in case as they were given to my teenage sons who leave them everywhere and always get them tangled. THey seem to last longer and have better sound quality than most earbuds. THe inexpensive ones just don't last, the cords break or one earbud fades out. First set purchased for another son 2 years ago and he is still using them.

Earphones have good sound. Loving the bass! Only downside is that there is no volume control.

These Sony earbud headphones are very comfortable and have very clear sound with good bass.
