Cancels noise alright
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Construction is a little flimsy - the cover securing the battery compartment fell off in my luggage. Very lightweight and comfortable.

Noisy when using battery
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These sound pretty decent until you turn the power on then there is a loud noise as if they aren’t grounded properly. The bass is also at an unnatural level when they are powered. I actually didn’t realize these were powered when I bought them so it was a surprise when I unpacked them and saw that they require a battery. Fortunately they sound fine when the power switch is off so they do what I was expecting. It's good to have low expectations when buying audio gear on the cheap. The cord is a bit short. Could use another 6”

Good for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You can pay an awful lot now for noise cancelling headphones and I've tried some that are better than these. But the difference in sound quality is small compared to the difference in price. These are comfortable and the noise reduction when you switch it on is pretty effective.

Decent for the price - not silent, but good
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decent low cost noise cancelling headset. It folds up which is nice for travel, and has the ability to act as noise canceling even without being plugged in. It has fairly good noise dampening just through the ear cushions alone, but with the noise canceling feature switched on, it is quite quiet. Fairly comfortable, although a bit tight for my comfort. Probably something that adds to the overall noise suppression, but it could be a bit tedious to wear for too many hours. Movement with the individual ear cups could be a bit better too. It is acceptable, but not great. Just another thing that adds to the inability to wear these for too long of a period of time. For the price, it is decent and can't expect it to compete with $200+ sets

Excellent performance for a realistic price
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I find those multi-hundred dollar noise-cancelling headphones to be way over-priced and way more than what I need for flights and other noisy travel situations. Then again, maybe I'm more easy-going and less wound up than the people who need an absolute noise cancellation bubble around them. Ya, the wires don't bother me either. Regarding sound quality, I particularly like the sound when these are powered up but the best part is that these work even when the batteries are used up. If you are like me, these should be fine. If you are image conscious, an audiophile, or high-strung, then spend the extra cash for the wireless high end models.

Great Headphones for the plane
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these headphones because I fly many times a year and wanted something inexpensive that was good quality. This product is light and can easily be carried in luggage. The sound quality equaled the quality of headphones that cost two to three times as much. The sales representative was very helpful. He showed me several different models and helped me find what I wanted.

Great Product
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great product, lightweight, doesn't crush your head or ears when wearing and great on the plane listening to music, movies or just to cancel out the annoying person sitting next to you.

For the price excellent value for plane trips
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I rarely use earphones and only wanted these for one reason - to enjoy airline movies and videos especially for long flights. Best Buys recommended these since I didn't want to spend a lot of money. They were wonderful for my purpose. I watched two movies in a row and I understood the sound and best of all my ears didn't hurt. Would highly recommend getting a pair before your next travels.

Affordable Compact head phones for air travel
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Affordable headphones that truly work and are comfortable to use. Tried them on a five hour plane ride where most of the outside noise (jet engine) was dampened. In addition, they collapse to a smaller size making them easy to store.

Decent head phones
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After using DJ headphones for the longest it was a transition going to regular head phones. However these headphones provide good sound and comfortability. The noise cancelation is a good feature that will come in handy during travels.

Good for what it is.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good sound quality and affordable for what it is. Not loving the battery aspect. Tends to suck battery life pretty quickly. Better off investing in a wireless, rechargeable, or USB headset.

Great for travel and good sound on a budget.
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great for travel but not sure how to replace the padding when it gets warn. This is my second unit. My first still works well but I don't know how to upgrade worn pads. I forget to turn off battery sometimes and it really helps boost sound for me when I do my radio shows. Folds well for travel, too.

Solid headphones, worth it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are your basic headphones. They work well, the noise cancelling is pretty good, there's no sound recorder thingy to talk into so that was a bummer, but they're still very good to use. Very durable, don't feel as cheap as they were, and they fit comfortably.

Great value noise cancelling head phones
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great value for the money. The side cover on the battery falls off a little too easily but the sound is good and they do a half reasonable job of caneclling outside noise - what ca you expecxt for under $30 compared to the hundreds a pair of bose cost? With the noise cancelling function on they are quite bass rich and personally I liked that. When the noise cancelling is turned off the audio sound quality was quite poor so I think you would want to always have it switched on. Yes when the cancelling is on and the audio source is off you can hear a low level "hiss" like white noise but that is part of how noise cancelling works and from my perspective to be expected.

Not recommended for gamers, great for school.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are some nice headphones. However, if you have big ears and are looking for something to cover them like surround sound for gaming or movies on your computer, I do not recommend. As a gamer girl myself, these headphones can get a little uncomfortable after long use and they do not completely cover your ears, especially if your ears are bigger. Now, if you need headphones for occasional work or office work or school work, these would be great. I thought they were a bit pricey in my honest opinion. I do however love that they fold for easy storage into my case and they do seem sturdy. So, I would recommend depending on what use someone intended them for.

Simple, light and easy to store wired headphones
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sounds loud and clear, light weight design, simple looks, overall good headphones. Wired, comfortable for short usage, but can become uncomfortable with long wear time. Noise-Canceling mode boost sound greatly, but no active noise-canceling seen.
