Soft ear pads don't completely cover my ears and are uncomfortable. signal cord is to short. Sound quality is good when you don't power on the noise canceling.

I made that mistake and sadly returned these. To be fair, the sound was decent, just did not fit over my ears. For me it feels slightly off and messes with the sound with the whole canceling noise advertisement when the headphones don’t cover your whole ear.
