Absolutely hate your guard-dog approach to store entry. It was incredibly difficult to get an appointment, often being told at the end of the process that one of the four store choices we had did not have appointments for several days. The clerk was nice enough to show me what was in-store and to bring me samples to select from. But, BestBuy is really going overboard with it's approach to customer safety while trying to balance a desire to return to the hassle again.

Great overall sound. Took it on the airplane and the sound was awesome.

I used these during a two hour flight and did notice much reduction in the cabin noise when I turned on noise cancelltion. The qualityof the audio was fine and the earphones are very comfortable. But the noise cancellation did not work the way I expected.

I have wanted to try these headphones for a few years, but thought they were too expensive. I received an email ad stating that they were $120 off. Great deal.

They are what they say. Noise cancelling is awesome. The stereo is amazing. You can have superior sound quality with power button on or off.

I have looked around and tested many but didn't really like the way they fir or you could still hear things, these are well put together

Good entry level headphones for travel.The price and quality was right for my 14 year old. They seem to be good sound quality and block enough outside sound.

My wife's brother gave her the Bose headphones a few years back for a flight to California, but since then I have used them when I cut grass on the tractor, so this year I gave her the Sony for her flight. She said that they worked well on the noise of the plane while watching her laptop DVD player on the flight.

My husband loves these headphones. He has hearing problems but he can hear great with these.

I purchased these so that I could watch movies on my iPad during my flight back-and-forth to Florida and they did not disappoint
