Great value for the money. The side cover on the battery falls off a little too easily but the sound is good and they do a half reasonable job of caneclling outside noise - what ca you expecxt for under $30 compared to the hundreds a pair of bose cost? With the noise cancelling function on they are quite bass rich and personally I liked that. When the noise cancelling is turned off the audio sound quality was quite poor so I think you would want to always have it switched on. Yes when the cancelling is on and the audio source is off you can hear a low level "hiss" like white noise but that is part of how noise cancelling works and from my perspective to be expected.

These headphones are comfortable to wear and the noise cancelling works well. I purchased this for a long flight and wanted a non-Bluetooth pair so to preserve the battery power of an mp3 player. Sound quality is good and does NOT seem to distort the original source (some headphones drastically boost bass or overly-scoop the mids). Very satisfied.

They have good sound quality and they are comfortable to wear. They aren’t the best at noise canceling, but I also didn’t put in batteries, that might be operator error

I bought these for my blind disabled brother who also has a bilateral hearing loss with hearing aids. He had wireless Sony headphones which had trouble connecting to charge then broke. I bought a 2nd set and he rested his head to the side and the band cracked. These have excellent sound and are very sturdy!!!

I didn't want to spend 100 + dollars on headphones but needed something for listening to phone calls through the pc, these do good job. They do have a. Added battery operated boost but I never use it as I forget to turn it off and waste batteries.

they worked very will on the plane. so I did not have to hear the baby next to me crying. and it made the flyt more enjoy able . it all so made it so I did not get a head ache. thank you so much for having them still in stock.

I forgot my noise-canceling on a cross-country flight, and spent 5-1/2 hours listening to plane noises, passengers, and barely able to hear my movie. I bought these for the return flight and they're fantastic! Great noise-canceling, great sound, comfortable to wear, and fold up small for packing in a carry-on. I plan to just keep the in my computer bag and never have this problem again.

I find those multi-hundred dollar noise-cancelling headphones to be way over-priced and way more than what I need for flights and other noisy travel situations. Then again, maybe I'm more easy-going and less wound up than the people who need an absolute noise cancellation bubble around them. Ya, the wires don't bother me either. Regarding sound quality, I particularly like the sound when these are powered up but the best part is that these work even when the batteries are used up. If you are like me, these should be fine. If you are image conscious, an audiophile, or high-strung, then spend the extra cash for the wireless high end models.

The headphones are very comfortable...they are soft against my ears and do not press hard against my head like others. The noise reduction is pretty good, just wish they could totally eliminate the outside noise. But I am satisfied with my purchase.

These are some nice headphones. However, if you have big ears and are looking for something to cover them like surround sound for gaming or movies on your computer, I do not recommend. As a gamer girl myself, these headphones can get a little uncomfortable after long use and they do not completely cover your ears, especially if your ears are bigger. Now, if you need headphones for occasional work or office work or school work, these would be great. I thought they were a bit pricey in my honest opinion. I do however love that they fold for easy storage into my case and they do seem sturdy. So, I would recommend depending on what use someone intended them for.

I had a set of these before and lost them in a hotel. I was devastated. As a frequent flyer who wants to hear forever, the noise reduction was very much missed. They are really good. I don't think Bose are worth 6x as much. And I got the new ones on sale! Score! The sound is good, unless you are a bass fiend. The noise reduction is good. Great value. And comfortable.

For the past couple of years I've been working from a home office, and I really do need noise-cancelling headphones. I have several pair in different places (for travel, for music, etc.), and these are excellent. They're comfortable, have a good long cord, and the sound quality is great. No complaints!

For the price, I was skeptical these headphone were actually going to cancel out noise. I was pleasantly surprised. No, they're not Bose Quiet Comforts, but they're also about 1/8th the price. These don't completely cancel out surrounding noise and really, how could they when they are on-ear headphones, not over-the-ear headphones. But if you're just looking to listen to music and not hear most of the ambient noise in the room, these will do. Not the best sound quality in terms of bass/treble/midrange, but again, with the noise cancelling engaged, it's decent. You certainly will not feel like you overpaid for these and they are relatively sturdy in build quality. Single battery life is decent, too.

We were looking for an expensive, yet quality option for our 8 year old daughter to have for noice cancelling headphones, for an overseas flight. These no frills noise cancelling headphones did the job, fit her well and an adult could easily wear these too. These was the best option we could find at a low cost and we got them on sale at Best Buy for good measure!

Great product, lightweight, doesn't crush your head or ears when wearing and great on the plane listening to music, movies or just to cancel out the annoying person sitting next to you.

I have wanted some comfortable over-the-ear phones for awhile. this was an impulse buy and I am very happy with them. I know pricier ones are more efficient with the noise canceling, but I just turn my music up a bit more. Very comfortable.

These headphones are very comfortable. I wear them as much as 3 hours a day without needing to take the off because of discomfort. The noise canceling function works very well -- it quiets the ambient noise to a level it is not distracting, yet maintains your ability to hear what is going on around you. They also work very well with noise canceling turned off.

bought for two reasons....noise cancel capabilities and comfort. Okay on the 1st one, great on the 2nd....not heavy and bulky, fit comfortably especially wearing them over long period of time. Use these with devices I can't connect through bluetooth.
