Unfortunately they do not fit comfortable over my ears, and the headband kept sliding back. Sound quality wasn't terrible but not impressive either, not worth the money mostly just based on the design and fit.

noise cancelling unnoticeable/volume problems

The only real effect of turning it on is to increase the volume of music. Testing with various background noises, I only noticed a minor reduction of noise with the reduction turned on. Not at all worth it. Returned within hours.
