Not the best choice

The ear muffs are very comfortable, but the headstrap digs into my head (no padding). I had to glue a pad to it so that I could wear it for any length of time. Because the microphone is in the earmuff, I have to speak loudly to be heard. That defeats the purpose of having a headset (privacy and not disturbing those around me who have their own work to do). If I had it to do over, I'd buy a different brand and/or model -- one that is more comfortable and that has better pickup

Great for Music, not for long haul flights

I was looking for an over the ear design but could only find these on short notice. When I am home listening to music they are great. On a plane they do little to deaden the surrounding noise.
