Not much noise is cancelled
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When i bought these i thought it would block out the sound of a TV etc. The only thing it blocks is the hum of the dialysis machine and not the surrounding noise. In the instructions it said its best used for the noise of an airplane. It does not block the sound of talking.

You can hear the click from when it tries to actively reduce noise but the reduction in noise isnt very noticeable. overall a good set of headphones.
