The cushion for the ear keeps falling off and if is a hassle to put it back in.

I would recommend going for more of a higher model. It's by no means the worst that sony has yet it's pretty far for the best. Says a lot about Sony audio.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.got them for my mom, she likes them. said they are easy to use (vs the Bluetooth /wireless ones I got my dad). my dad had and used his till the ear pads were wearing off (3 years) even was gonna keep them longer (he is a huge fan of MacGyver and duct tape) till I got him an upgrade. he brought and used them everywhere... my mom keeps hers at the computer. also great price
