These headphones are very comfortable and block out the background noise on an airplane so I am able to hear the sound on my iPad.

For my son's enjoyment... after he broke his bose headphones in a fit of rage... Bought as a cheap punishment, but it is quite adept although quality is what you'd expect at that price. Too late to return.

My 10 year old loves these. He says they sound good. He has had them for few months and headphones have held up very well.

Better then expected, takes a battery for bass boost but sound is on par with Bose that I have, price and quality is excellent.

I bought two headsets at the same time and tried each of them. The Sony noise-cancelling headphones were a lot better than the other pair I bought. I use it while mowing our lawn and I was able to hear even with the lawnmower going. I am now purchasing another pair for my wife.

I used these headphones on a long haul flight. The sound quality was good and the noise cancelling feature was great. My only complaint is that my ears got sore after awhile from the headphones pressing on them. It was a 15 hour flight though and I had them on a long time. Other than that they were great!

I bought these for my self. I wanted an inexpensive pair of headphones to enjoy my music and being a Sony fan O decided to give these a try. I can honestly say I am very pleased with them. I am aware there are better and fuller sounding headphones in the market but in this price range I am more than happy with sound these produce.

Got this matched down to ~$30. The headphones sound pretty good, and are built reasonably well for an all-plastic setup. The main attraction here is the active noise cancelling, and, while it does work, it's not as powerful as, say, the Bose QC25's; I couldn't see it being overly useful in noisier environments such as an airplane, without the music volume being set decently high. However, it does make a difference in blocking out a lot of surrounding noise, though it's basically required you have the noise cancelling on to get good sound and volume, because they sound quiet and horrible without it enabled. But for even the MSRP of $50, these headphones are a pretty good option for people who don't want to spend a lot of money on headphones, let alone on active noise cancelling.

Bought these to use for a long flight I was going on for vacation. Didn't feel like spending a couple hundred dollars because I probably won't get that much use out of them in my everyday life. They work great for the price, you just can't expect them to compare to a $200 set! I am very happy with them.

Bought for my husband who still uses an iPod when he goes to the gym. He loves it! Says much better sound quality than his old on. Great headphones for the money!

The best thing i purchasesd from Best Buy and that was long time ago. I still have them and they still work great. Love them. specifically at night when I watch my TV shows and my wife likes to sleep :)

The noise cancellation is good with pop music, with the switch on. They are adjustable and fit my big head!
