I Use this battery for a extra battery for the camera.

so far this battery is pretty good and seams to last taking pictures and then reviewing the pictures through the camera

Purchase this to provide additional shooting time for my DSC HX 400 digital camera. I found other knock-offs at lower prices, but reading the reviews was skeptical, so I went with an OEM brand.

I love sony camera having an extra battery is a must if you always taking a picture and don't want to miss the moment.

The batteries allow a lot of pictures to be taken. Unfortunately, the wrap, cover, whatever you call it, comes loose. At times the loose wrap catches on something when trying to insert the battery in the camera. The battery must be removed from the camera, the wrap needs to be squeezed back in place, then reinserted. All four batteries I have do the same thing.

I bought this for my Sony RX-100 cameras (it also fits in the ZV-1 camera). They seem to work fine but aren't designed to last super long. Running a video on my RX-100 III, it will last about two hours of regular use (i.e. not continual but pretty constant) before needing to be swapped out for another. I don't have a charger for it, so it has to be charged in the camera using the micro-USB cable.

Exact same battery that comes with the camera. Wanted an extra battery for days that I would be out taking a lot of pictures.

Oem batteries will always be the best!! Bought some other ones that weren’t original from Sony and they just kept dying ridiculously fast. Won’t make that mistake again.

This extra battery is a must wehen filming on the Go. My daughter finds this item really helpful and useful.

whe on vacation or an event where lots of photos are taken especially with flash photography, extra atteries are very important.

The product was exactly as described & I have had no problems with it. Just as good as the one that originally came with my camera.

This is the right size for several items that I use. It holds a charge well which worked out great while I was on vacation. It charges quickly as well.

Works. Does what it should. I am a bit disappointed that the Sony RX100 has such bad battery life i had to buy a spare so I could get a decent number of shots while on vacation (the battery only lasts for about 250-280 shots per charge) which is fine if you use it occasionally but i wanted to use it on vacation, so I had to buy another battery (this one). Price was fine, just annoyed that the RX100 has poor battery life to require more than one for serious shooting.

Sony makes some amazing cameras, HOWEVER they all have one con to them...the battery life. My Sony RX100 only lasts about 20-30 minutes on a full charge recording in 1080p 60 fps...THATS KINDA SAD! My Canon G7X battery can last a WHOLE DAY!!! So these are a necessity if you are buying a Sony camera so I am still going to recommend buying extra batteries for your Sony camera.

Charge quickly and hold a charge well when using for photos. Drains quicker on video. Hence need for 2nd battery.

This little gem is a great asset. Having a spare battery is awesome. It charges in about 2 hrs when completely empty.

Battery takes about 1 hour to charge and you get about 30-40 min of shooting time

I purchased a couple of batteries that were not Sony brand for my Action Cam and although they claim to having higher mHh capacity there is no question they did not. Sticking with the Sony brand now after learning that saving some money doesn't equal good value.
