Easy to use, high volume, great sounding mp3 player

This device works great. It has a a long lasting battery. The device is easy to navigate and use.

I had a previous version of the sony Walkman series, had only 8 gb so decided to upgrade to this version. While it holds more memory it appears to be much more cheaply made, and the newer operating system and display are far inferior to the previous, Any pictures appear very digitalized, and it is very annoying to have to remove the hold every time the screen goes to sleep. It also takes a lot longer to scroll through your songs and find them, just very slow processing. The equalizer is also not as comprehensive.

The sony mp3 is great only thing I'm having trouble with is the charger. it seems that the screen shows me it is fully charged but when disconnecting it starts dying automatically but I just reset it and went back to normal.

If your looking for a basic music player its not bad. I wish it came with blue tooth so i could more easily transfer music or upload music via apps. other than that its ok

Great device We have two in our house and it performs well. The hold feature is a little annoying until you get used to it but overall I am satisfied with this product. I have had no trouble downloading to this device from both iTunes and Amazon.

My first ever MP3 player. Pretty easy to navigate once you play around with it. It stores a great deal of music. And it comes with a nice menu of options on its home page display screen.

Overall, this may be one of the best mp3 players I've ever owned. The sound quality is great, the durability is good, and most of all, the organization of songs is very good. The only problem I have with it is it does scratch easy, but it's not a big deal. Overall, this is worth the price you pay for it. 10/10 for me.

Love the new mp3 player. Never had one before and didn't know how very much I would enjoy it, in the car, while exercising and in the house. Love my music.

The product is reasonable for its price. The only issue is the volume of the music is lower than any cd I own, or any radio station I play...not sure why.

I had another Sony mp3 player similar to this one. I think I had it for about 3 years before it stopped working. It served its purpose well. I primarily use it while exercising outdoors. What I really like about it is that it's real compact and light weight. I purchased an armband for it and it fits perfect. I can hardly tell that its there. I would recommend it for people of similar activities

This thing is perfect. I don't care for apple products and many stores don't sell mp3 players. I use it for cutting the grass, or plug it in to the speakers in my garage while I work.

Bought this when it was on sale and paid less for it then an IPod with half the memory. Sounds great and easy to use.

The player is set up nicely and has worked great! Only con is that is takes a minute or so to load the library every time it is turned on.

After having 2 Sansa MP3 players freeze up on me I did a lot of research and decided upon this Sony Walkman hoping for better reliability. Wish they had taken a cue from Sansa on design! The interface of this player is not easy to figure out, and it took quite a while for me to figure out how to get my playlists on it. Also it has a REALLY annoying Hold button! You cannot shut the unit down while it's playing a song. If you try, it will ask you to release the hold and will not shut down until you go back and pause the song. Also no bluetooth. Hoping for better choices down the road.

I have had MP3 players before and they were just too small. This one is a nice size. It is simple to use. My husband is not a Tech person and has big hands and he can operate it. We bought 2 of them.

Seems to be good quality, but did not come with instructions. It seems for the price it would be included. It took me awhile on the net to find it and print it out.

Very easy to use. Nice and slim design so it's not in the way when working out

I tried the SanDisk before this and think this is a much better and easy to use player.
