I bought this because it is small and i wanted something to use while exercising or doing yard work.

Great mp3 for the price.....only complaint can not make a play list on the mp3 but everything else is sony quality

I really like it. it is able to hold more of my music than other mp3 players I've bought in years.

I am really enjoying my new mp3 player...it looks great and it feels great in the palm of my hand. The only thing is that when you add a lot of songs onto your mp3 player it takes a few seconds to load on your PC. Another thing i noticed is that i own a pair of Sony headphones (MDR-AS200) and the sound is very poor. I figured it would work great with the mp3 player, being they're both Sony products. Other than that it's a very good mp3 player.

My wife used mine, she liked it so much I bought a second one. It's easy to navigate and downloading music to it is a breeze.

i a not a fan of apple so this is agreat mp3 player and you can still sync to itunes if you want to

I love this device, it is just like the old ones that I had that I have lost. However, there is one thing that I do not like with this newer model. I do not like the fact that it places it on hold if passed. I like the older model where the hold was on the side and you choose when you want the unit to hold. This is a very annoying feature in my eyes.

My husband uses this on his long drives to and from work to listen to his audio books! He loves it and it works great!

I was happy with my previous Sony Walkman which was 8gb. I wanted more space for more music. I purchased one with 16gb

this is better then an ipod. the only two things that stop this from being an 5 is no touch screen and can't expand on the 16 gigs. I can plug this into my computer and move music from my external hard drive to this player and not have to go through itunes(i hate itunes). if itunes is your thing you can use itunes. this little thing is great.

I purchased this item again after the one I had for about 6 years took a dump. I love this product & the fact that all of my stored music can be added to it.

Large capacity MP3 player. Easy to operate. The FM signal reaches crystal clear local stations. Great for exercising.

I just recently purchased an MP3 player for the first time. The one I bought was decent but I wasn't completely satisfied with it, so I bought this Sony in addition. What I like about this player that was better than my previous one is this reads folders. Very important to me because I want to have multiple folders for various playlists. Some players mix every song together so you can't separate by genres or favorites or whatever. This player has a volume leveler I guess I would call it. Its annoying when you're listening to this at work through a stereo and some songs are really loud and others quiet. This somehow levels out the volumes so they are all pretty much the same. That's very nice option. Also I believe I've noticed that when I add songs to the folders, they automatically go into alphabetical order. With my other player they would just go in last to the last spots which means I'd have to extract the entire folder, put the songs in order on my computer and then re-enter the folder into my player, which is stupid. Although I've used this player little since its new and I'm sure I'll discover more about it, so far I have no issues with this. I would definitely buy another.

I love Sony products I have a lot of space for my pictures, videos, and music. I recommend this product to everyone.

I really enjoy the Sony Walkman series of mp3 players, the simple design and intuitive menu system are an obvious plus for me. The only issue i have with this particular model is in how you lock/unlock it, instead of having a convenient slider on the side (like previous models), you have to hold down the option button for a few seconds.

Have had no problems with the device. Easy to upload my mp3 files to it and the battery last longer than another brand of mp3 player I have used in the past.

Excellent sound quality for an mp3, very nice device.
