My husband and I both bought a Sony Walkman a few years ago and love them, so when we were trying to decide what to buy our 11 year old who loves music, we decided to get him his own Walkman. He absolutely loves it!

Good player, has enough room for music, good sound quality

This is a great mp3 player. I like the slim design. I use it at work along with a speaker and it does not take up much space at all.

I only use mine to listen to music. But it fits my needs perfectly. Downloading music is simple. The screen is easy to read. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it.

My son bought this with birthday money from grandma. He takes it on the bus and enjoys the attention from the other kids.

Great sound very easy to program. The included ear buds are uncomfortable so you will need to pick up a pair that you like.

I HAVE OWENED MANY DIFFERENT BRANDS BUT THE SONY WALKMAN IS THE BEST FOR PRICE, BATTERY LIFE AND OVERALL DEPENDABILITY.

Easy to operate but makes some "beeping" noises when being operated.

I took back 3 other brands dissatisfied before finding the Sony Mp3 . It was very easy to download my library from my computer which was not the case with the others. I love the style of the product and the easy to read viewer monitor. Glad I kept trying until I found something I really like. Wish it came with something to keep it in while exercising or an attachment clip.

I really like how player works and what it allows to do. I am not very happy with exterior pattern design (small triangles), plain color without any additional pattern would be much better. 4 stars for pattern, 5 stars for player itself

I bought this as a replacement to my ipod nano that was stolen from my car. It has a little less storage than my nano did, but it was also half the cost. It works great, and it does not require the use of a headphone jack to play through my car's head unit. Good buy by me, I say.

I bought 8 GB and 4 GB versions of this player for my sons for Christmas. I like Sony's reputation, and these looked good for the price. So far, my sons report that the players have very good audio quality, and that they are easy to use. My older son loves the battery life on his player, and my younger son had no problem setting his player up. Making playlists still seems to be a mystery - neither of them has set up playlists yet (it appears that playlists must be set up on a computer and then written back to the player). My older son indicates that the included earbuds are mediocre - he had a good set from his previous player which he uses with this one. Overall, we are very satisfied with these MP3 players, but only time will tell for durability. I actually like that these players are a little bigger than the Sansa "Clip Zip" - my oldest son had one of those, and not only was it easy to misplace, it also died after a year from a cracked screen. I hope these ones hold up.

this product is excellent and I would recommend it to anyone who desires a quality product.

Functional MP3 player with everything I need without paying the crazy apple prices.

My wife was looking for an MP3 Player that had a built in FM tuner to use at the gym. Found this on sale during Black Friday. Great Price and fast shipping.

This is my second player. The first one lasted 4 years and decided it no longer wanted to power off. It still works great but I can't turn it off. Charges fine and plays until the battery drains. Decided to buy another and hope this one last longer.

I use this every day while I am working and it has great clarity and I long battery life

Have only used for a few weeks, but so far so good. Easy to use and holds lots of music.

This does the job. Nothing really fancy about it. Would be better with Bluetooth.
