Posted .Hello, thank you for your message. To turn off the Walkman player: The Walkman player must be in PAUSE mode. If music, video, or radio is playing, press the center PLAY/PAUSE button to pause playback. Press and hold the OPTION/PWR/HOLD until POWER OFF appears. The player will turn off. NOTE: If you press and hold the OPTION/PWR/HOLD during playback, the HOLD function turns on. - Oscar.
