The headsets were a gift for my husband. He likes to listen to music and read in bed; I like to watch TV. They are sound proof enough that he is not disturbed by the TV.

You cant beat the quality for the price for these headphones. Not a big fan of in ear plugs or giant sized headphones. These are just right. Good bass hit too.

Was looking for a new pair of headphones but didn't want to break the bank (so that rules out Bose lol). These caught my eye because they very stylish and half of what I was prepared to spend. They sound amazing (dat bass!) and are very comfortable and lightweight! Definite recommend!

These headphones impressed me from the moment I tried them in the store. The bass is amazing. Although they are not totally noise-cancelling, they certainly do an excellent job of blocking outside noise. They are comfortable and easily adjustable.

These are very comfy for extended and long use wear. Not specifically noise cancelling but do block out a lot of noise.

I purchased these for the gym. Awesome sound. I'm a bass player so I love my bass. These headphones did not disappoint. I would recommend for bass lovers.

These headphones are very comfortable and have good sound quality. They are not top of the line quality but for the price they far exceed my expectations

I know that these headphones are geared towards bass, but I think Sony went too far in the bass direction and forgot you have to have mids and highs to compliment that deep bass. I pernally think these are a little overpriced for the quality of sound they produce. For just a little more you can get the MDR-10R HiRes that sounds similar to these and still have some good bass notes. That being said I don't feel I can reccomend these to anybody when for just $30 more you can get the big brother.

These Sony headphones are better than the 200.00 beats. I originally bought the 179.00 color drenched beats and was very disappointed with the sound. To be honest they sounded too tin canny then I tried these sonys and for a third of the price you get in my opinion what the beats should have sounded like. I suggest too compare then at the BB store I'm sure you will agree. I hope this review helps others.

Very pleased with this purchase. I bought them for my 10 year old who games all the time and he declares that they are comfortable. I tried them on and they fit my adult head well too. They have good volume control and don't give you headaches like the last few pairs we tried. I'll be buying these for myself now.

These headphones sound incredible. ALOT of bass. Better than some high end models. If you like bass these are for you.

For the price, these are a great pair of headphones. Low outside noise, excellent bass response, average to good treble. If you're using a lower quality model or generic earbuds, this is a mighty upgrade without breaking the budget.

It's a good option if you want a good bass and don't want to spend much money. I've gotten mine along with a special offer so it really worth it.

Got these to try out and they block out sound pretty well! Love them! For the price, they're definitely worth it!

I love these for airplane trips. Great sound quality. However, I can't find a case! My last pair broke and I want to take care of these.
