My review is for PlayStation and not best buy.. got this for Christmas and was disappointed when we opened it up only to have to wait over a week to enjoy our new purchase. Many attempts at calling playstation resulted in more aggravation .. it seems as though they were hacked. Now I know this is wasn't their fault but it was the way they handled it that upset me. They acted like it was my fault.. Anyway after getting it up and running its an ok system. Not one I would recommend to anyone that already owns a ps3 or xbox 360 as the game support isn't there yet.. Graphics are great, but that's about it Unless you just need one I would suggest waiting till the price drops or games are there before purchasing one. Best buy was great as the first one I had had an issue.. they swapped it without blinking an eye... wish sony would take notes!

The graphics really exceeded my expectations. The controls and everything else are all opinion based but to me, they seem superior to their rival console, the Xbox.

The system looks great and also works great the only disappointment I had was the code for the pick one game didn't work so I never was able to get the free game. And the only reason I have marked I would not recommend to a friend, I would recommend they buy the system, just not the pick one package.

I love Sony and just let me day the ps4 is amazing not to mention I got a free game and controller charger for it. So overall I have to say this was an awesome buy.

Sony once again frustrates why they are the premier game console company on the market. Unparalleled graphics with a beautifully designed, user friendly interface.

We love our new gaming system. It is a great upgrade from what we had before and is giving the whole family enjoyment

I am very impressed with the PS4. I have had every game system since the NES and I continue to be amazed with each Sony release. Definitely recommended over Xbox.

Sony always builds a quality product I've been very happy with my ps4 with great games coming every month it's a huge year for Sony and the best time to get a PS4

The system definitely runs a lot faster than the PS3, and the system improvements are definitely what I would expect from a newer system. The only downside that I really have is the inability to play older games. It's something I can deal with, but it just requires a little more effort on my part.

Great selection and helpful associates. I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. Also, got some really good sales on clearance items close to checkout.

It seems we have every gaming system ever made. That said they just keep getting better. The graphics are clear, system fast, and all have a lot of fun with it.

As always Playstation delivers again with an elite system. With Bestbuy's customer service and price natching, there is not a better place to buy then Bestbuy.

PS4 is exactly what my son wanted for Christmas. I ordered it online, and picked it up in the store - no hassles - and at Christmas time!!! Great Job Best Buy!

I love the new sleek, more stream lined design. I only wish that Sony would create some in different colors. Maybe a silver looking one, for more modern decor.

My girl is so impressed with the graphics. Says she has not seen any gamer that is so clear. My only problem was that is was cheaper a week after I bought it.

I purchased this console for my husband, who has loved it so far. The images are crystal clear, for both game graphics and blurays. We are very happy so far!

I am impressed that the concle ran games so smothly: like war thunder which is a game that i play on the computer and it was runnig the game on max graphic settings. the down side is that it puts out a lot of heat and its kind of loud sometimes but over all i think you get your moneys worth

I was an Xbox person but I decided to go with the PS4 and I'm so glad I did. The graphics are amazing and the controller fits smaller hands so much better!
