Great system, but bad return

Unfortunately I experienced a blue strobing light (of death), Very shortly after receiving the product. Best Buy replaced my system very quickly but without the FREE game. They didn't offer one of the free games even though they were in stock. Shame, but the PS4 itself is great. The remote play is poor if you live in a decent sized house and not playing in the same room. Also, you get to create profiles for each user. Something the PS3 did not do.
