Graphics are better than my xbox 360. Hand controller is better. Slow downloads compared to my xbox 360 but it might be because they are downloaded games instead of discs like with my xbox. I have less lag with the PS4 than with the xbox 360 when others are using wi-fi. So that's another plus!

I upgraded from the PS3 and I'm glad that I did. I was hesitant but finally chose to switch. The picture/graphics are really nice and I really like the new setup of the system. Haven't had any issues so far! I also love that I can connect my phone to it as well! Would definitely recommend!

I've always been an Xbox person, but this year I chose Playstation. It was definitely a good decision. The graphics are amazing, and I absolutely love the new controller! I wanted the GTA bundle, but they were out. Still, I got Far Cry 4 for free, which turned out to be equally awesome!

Not a big video gamer but I bought this to replace a blue ray player and for entertaining the kids. Very nice graphics. Some games swear a lot and I have not been able to turn this off. I wish you could turn off the bad language. Couldn't get on to the ps store for a few days, but I think it may have been because it was right after Christmas. Also I can't seem to connect using my kids PS Vita. I do like all of the features like Netflix and Hulu. It does only come with one controller.

I now own three Vixio Smart T. V. and have been very satisfied with them with the exception of the one I just purchased. It is a 70' T. V. The T. V. itself is awesome but the stand it came with is questionable. There are only three two inch screws holding the stand to the T. V. It worries me that they will either break or the T. V. will topple over. My son has suggested I purchase some sort of harness that hooks to the T. V. and the table is sitting on. I wll be checking this out.

Great value was able to pay 349.99 and get to choose a game that I was on the fence about and probably wouldn't of bought at retail price. Live in the Midwest and didn't want to have the PS4 delivered and sit outside so I ordered online and choose store pickup, quick easy process.

So far the PS4 is a pretty good console, but there are a few improvements that I would like to see made in the future. 1. Improved controller battery life - Battery life on the controller is 4-6 hours, which is rather short compared to the PS3 controller's battery life. 2. More apps - It's been a couple of years, but major apps such as HBO Go and Twitch TV still aren't available.

The PS4 bundle was the same you could buy anywhere but the difference was the associate who helped us find it when it looked as if it were sold out. They went out of their way to find the exact bundle my son was looking for and it really made my son's day. I was very impressed.

PlayStation 4 is a great gaming console. Great Graphics, abilities and very real games. I got the item couple of months ago and I liked it very much. Size is not too big and it will give your room extra fancy style. Controller system is great with this DualShock feature.

this is the most amazing console there is..i have both console ps4 and xbox one and i got to say PS4 has the upper hand this time..with amazing features, better graphics and much faster GPU..i highly recommend this for gamers whos looking for the best console there is.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and the system does NOT disappoint. Great graphics. Not a bad deal given it was the week before Christmas which included the download of choice from 4 options and a free code for Killzone, plus 22 Jumpstreet on Blu Ray!

Absolutely love this as my teen daughters Xmas present. She is constantly playing far cry 4, as the game of the pick 4. Only disappointment is that best buy offered a game code on the receipt, and it ended up only being a 'demo.' I thought it was a actual free game.

It was hard for me to switch from Microsoft to Sony, but I'm glad I did. The system is easy to use and has amazing graphics. The only slight downside is the controllers are not as well designed as Microsoft

Got my ps4 really fast in the mail with great packaging, at a great price and I love it! Also came with a free game of my choice to start my gaming out fast! They even gave me 10% back in rewards that I used to buy more stuff for my system! What an awesome deal!

Overall a really nice upgrade to the PS3. Almost all the little annoyances have been fixed. (However there are several that are still there) You will be happy with your purchase. Also, if you are an xbox fan, buy the xbox. If you are a ps3 fan, upgrade to the 4.

Best buy replaced it without a problem. The only issue that I had was that there was a promotion sales bundle through best buy that included a stereo headset included in the price, this promotion was active at 7am in the morning I went to the store to purchase the unit, by the time the store opened the website changed the bundle and eliminated the headset from the bundle. This option was one of the only reasons that I went with ps4 over x box 1.

I recently upgraded from a PS3 to the PS4 but haven't played much with it yet. I tried the FTP games, the controller felt good. Everything seems pretty smooth even the UI. Chatting feels the same as PS3. You can also stream on Twitch via the PS4 which is nice.

New cool look, I got the stand for it and it's easy fit. Great features, I got the bundle package. Initially the download was challenging but overall very good counsel. Wish I had more time to play it.

Bought this for my son who is into gaming systems. He enjoys it thoroughly. He has moved from Xbox 360 to the PS4. Only issue I have is the expenses that keep adding up. Camera, PSN card to play on line and of course the games. He did have some problems getting the free game that comes with the bundle. Overall its a strong system with good features, especially with the camera (purchased separately) but be prepared for lots of extra expenses.
