Got a free game of Far Cry 4 with this purchase, However due to the rush had to wait for 15 days to get my product activated. It does not support PS3 games which is a negative. Gradually we are getting many compatible games.

Wouldn't ever recommend buying the digital version of games. Forces you to take your entire console everywhere. Also to download the full version of a game takes about three days. Not fun for someone anxious to "plug and play".

My kids have been asking for one of these. They know everything about it. .. and say it's the best!

I really wish Sony would have waited a few more years to release the PS4 as I don't see as big of an improvement in performance or graphics as I did upgrading from the PS2 to PS3. However, with that being said the graphics are pretty slick and it does perform better, especially internet browsing. I also kinda dig how it automatically records your game play..

My son loves the graphics on playstions compared to other game stations I've bought in the past no complaints so far bought as gift so haven't had chance to use product

Sony should compensate for the fact that their web site was down for three days at Christmas, when most systems came as bundles with downloadable games.

It was easy to order my product online! The website walked me through the entire process. I was able to receive updates from when my order was shipped and when to expect delivery. This was important to me since the product was expensive and a Christmas gift. I've always liked shopping with Best Buy and this just proves why I'm a loyal customer.

I bought this as a gift for christmas, it said it came with a free charging dock, which is why I chose to purchase it from Best Buy. But alas it did not come with the charging dock. I was disappointed

This was a gift purchase, recipient loved it. Only complaint is issue with the pick free game part and Sony/Playstation awful customer service wouldn't recommend only because of the lack of service.

I have owned PS1, 3, and now 4. Frankly speaking, cannot tell the difference between 3 and 4. I expected a noticeable processing speed increase. A little disappointed. Everything else is good.

We chose best buy because of the free game. Everywhere else offered the same price, so we bought from Best Buy only to find out the offered game could not be downloaded!!! Huge disappointment

Our kids love their new PS4! Actually feels like you are in the actual game when playing them.

Bought this bundle as a birthday present for myself. Tried to buy it in store but it was the day before it hit shelves. Best Buy worked with me by taking an order and had it delivered to my house the next day at noon. Awesome customer service. Love the PS4 and free choice of downloadable game!

We bought this for our 11 and 7 year old children. Not thrilled with the lack of titles that are appropriate for them. I was told that there are lots of downloadable games they would like, however everything they are interested in is for the PS3...My husband and I have our original PS with 25+ games, most of which they can play, however I am hard-pressed to find 5 games available on the PS4 that we would allow them to play. It appears we have purchased the worlds most expensive Blu-Ray player...

My family consists of avid gamers. Allegiance used to belong to Xbox, but after the release of the next gen consoles they made the switch to PS4. Better library, amazing graphics.

This playstation had everything that I was looking for the download of 2k15 live was kind of long took about 1 day off and on to download on my wifi which have a pretty good speed per second so that's a downfall for downloading games but overall a very good system to have

The play stay can as a bundle with a free game to down load. It took a significant amount of time for the down load, which including call Sony advise line.

ps4 works well, bought around christmass when ps4 had issues with their network and redeeming the free game was a nightmare. But overall, good product

The games are great when I actually get to play them. The network connectivity of both the PS4 and the performance of PSN have been terrible so far.

I grew tired of the PS3 and totally quit gaming for six months. Decided to try the PS4...not much different and now I'm paying for online play.....
