Horrible Customer Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this bundle on the 17th of Dec. 2014. It claimed to come with a digital download of Killzone Shadow Fall and 22 Jump Street. Niether came with it. After conversing with 4 people in their customer service department, I was notified that the site no longer displayed these products with this bundle. To which it no longer does. What is upsetting is their unwillingness to resolve this issue, knowing I purchased before they removed this deal. Poor busimess practices Best Buy.
