I like this method of payment versus using my credit or debit card to make purchases on the Playstation Network. There are various increments to meet your funding needs; I seem to buy the $20 card more than the others. I like to keep limited funds in my online wallet/account so I can track or budget my spending on DLC add-ons, movies, and indie-games. Since I joined the Gamer's Club Unlocked, I get double the Best Buy points when I purchase these cards. Occasionally, there are great discounts in the PS 3 and PS 4 online stores. When you combine the savings from 2x points with Sony on-line purchase promotions you can realize some tangible savings. Points for Rewards certificates add up fast when you add this to your purchasing habits.

The only issue I had was, I couldn't use my rewards towards the purchase of the gift card.
