Didn't want to attach my credit card with my PS account because of the breaches they had. I bought the $10 PSN card in-store and redeem it at the ps store online with no issues. The best way to do it IMO.

I only buy these because I don't want Sony to have a credit card on file from me like so many other retailers(like Best Buy, Amazon, etc) do because these companies can and do get hacked. I've had to replace my debit and credit cards at least once within the last couple of years due to Target and Kmart getting hacked or people skimming information somehow. I even had a 'copy' of my credit card made and somebody tried using it in NYC. So that's the only reason I buy these cards.

This makes shopping on the playstation store so simple and easy. Especially when you dont have credit cards or anything you can easily just go to best buy and purchase this and then add it to your playstation account
