I refuse to use credit cards on the PS Store. Normally I use the Playstation Store cards, but when Best Buy offers these PS+ membership cards at a $10 discount, it is automatic!! Another year of PS+ for $39? Sign me up! You can even extend your membership by 1 year with this card even if it isn't going to expire soon. That way you are good to go for a longer period of time - at a discount!

For the PS 3 this is an excellent deal. The amount of free games that become available pretty pays for itself. For the PS 4, its required for online play for some games. The free game of the month varies but they are usually good picks, and again pretty much pays for itself. So in a nutshell, its a good deal that pays for itself.

It was the time I ever brought playstation plus card. I thought it was going to be difficult, but was easy and fast. It so much better when you don't have to put your credit card information through game console.

PS Plus is the best deal in gaming. TONS of GREAT free games and cheaper than Xbox Live Gold.

This is consistently one of the best purchases I make. Never disappointed.

I say the price point is good and bad. Good for me because when I bought this around Christmas it was on sale for $15.00 off. Bad price point for you have to buy this required for the PS4 to play multiplayer like on COD or Battlefield. I own the original backwards compatible PS3 and I have all COD games and don't have to pay 1 penny to play online for multiplayer and verses mode. I was thankful to find this on sale.

I purchased this as part of a package and it's nice to have have the option of playing online.

For anyone with a PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, or PlayStation 4 and internet, this is a must. Sony offers a wide array of games throughout the year for free to Plus members so while a few months may go by without anything you may like you are sure to get something in a years time that covers the cost of this purchase. In addition it is required for PS4 people to play online.

I bought this at a discount. I like getting the extra 10% off select purchases. I enjoy the games that come with the subscription. My internet provider caps their internet services, meaning by the time I download all the included at no additional charge games, I've used up all of my internet on day two. Plan on having an unlimited internet plan or get one with a really high data cap.

I bought this PS Plus membership few years ago for $30, prices now are pretty high at almost $50 dollars for the same 1 year PS Plus membership, you do save though when buying games. You need a PS Plus membership if you own a PS4 and if you plan to play online, however - you dont need a PS Plus membership if you own a PS3 and you plan to play online - online play is free on the PS3.

Get this or you just wasted $399.00 on your PS4. The free games you get is worth it alone.

Aside from being able to play multiplayer games, the free games that you're able to download through the PS Store monthly are great. There's a pretty good selection every month and in order to keep playing those games you'll need to continue having the subscription. Having space for online cloud save games are a plus and getting daily discounts for games in the PS Store helps.

This product is definitely worth it for those who play frequently (at least once a week), but not a smart choice for those who only play once a month. Do the math for yourself to see if you would be willing to pay the price for it or not before buying. The price is not bad comparing to the XBoxOne membership either. The membership allows you to access exclusive deals online as well.

Love my PS3, PSP & Vita so I have to be on the PSN Plus to get free games and all access.

Let me start off by saying that I own a PS VITA and a PS3. Every year I purchase one of these cards to renew my subscription. With a PS Plus membership, you receive at least one game (for each of the consoles you own) each month. I never have to purchase any games because of how good the "free" ones are. On top of everything, you can usually find these cards on sale. It's a "no brainer" in my opinion.

A lot of free games and other contents, not all ways the newest games but worth the price.

This is a must have if you want to play games online. The price seems kind of steep until you realize that you'll also be receiving some free games as well. They aren't the greatest games so far, but if you have a PS3 you can get a bunch of older great games for free with your PS Plus membership. At the end of the day though it just comes down to if you want to play your games online, if so, you need this.

Membership for Playstation Plus has gone up to $59.99, but retailers are still selling through these older cards at $49.99. Why would you buy the newer card and pay $10 more? I just bought this older, cheaper one and unlocked my PS PLUS for another year( On 2/01/2017), so the codes are still valid. Get yours before they sell out and you have no option but to pay $59.99
