With so many games having multiplayer aspects nowadays it's really hard to get by owning a playstation system without owning the Playstation Plus service. These cards are a great way to get that service without having to input personal information such as credit cards into their Sony servers if you don't want to. The value isn't the greatest but plus does give you access to some free games to add to your library as long as your subscription is active each month. Overall I'd say it's worth it, but look for a sale price on the item before purchasing.

At a solid $40 sale, I needed to stock up. I am about to embark on a journey and want to make sure my PS+ account is protected for the next several years. This is the best deal I can imagine and the best way to make sure the gaming experience stays alive and well. If you don't have PS+, I don't know what your problem is.

Playstation plus is great especially if you have a ps3,ps4, and a vita. You get 2 free games for each system a month and if you think that's not enough of a value, playstation plus members also get discounts on games from the playstation network. Overall this is a great value that it even made Microsoft do a similar program with the xbox.

It's a good investment if your a ps3 and or ps4 owner,sony has always give the customer great value with there product,great games and free games to download just wish there were more games to download for ps4 indie games as well as classic games and don't forget to play multiplayer with your ps4 you need a playstation plus subscription ENJOY.

I have been a member of Playstation Plus since day one. I have not regretted for an instant. Every month there are new games available for me to try. I am not talking about third tier stuff these are sometimes recently released AAA titles or very well reviewed indie titles. I am looking forward to see what comes next now that the PS4 is out.

If you upgraded to the PS4 then you'll need this to play games online. While there are other extras such as free and discounted games, I purchased it solely for the purpose of playing games online.

These cards are pretty straight forward and I have never had an issue when purchasing them from Best Buy. Once you purchase the card they will activate the card and verify the authenticity. Once you get home, its a simple scratch-off to reveal the numeric code that you enter onto your Playstation Marketplace Account.

I had a PS3 for about 5 yrs and never had the Plus membership. With the PS4 you must buy it to play online, but not to use the Apps (so still better than the Xbox live membership) it seems fair to have to pay for the online experience, although that was a major advantage for the PS3 over the Xbox 360 when I switched to Sony a few years back.

A must for PS4! Best Buy had a deal with the purchase of Watchdogs. Ten bucks off memebership!! Best Buy is the BEST place to buy memberships, they have discounts year round. It's the only place we buy memberships for all gaming systems. Check the sale flyers weekly.

It looks like a nice service I just wish there was more information visible about it so I could read it, instead the teller have me a rundown at the checkout when he mentioned the PlayStation plus

Playstation plus is a must if you've got all three playstation platforms. You get discounts on copious amounts of game and it allow asset to fairly new and good games for "free". This freeness ends once your subscription end but that doesn't apply to me. I don't really think you'll get the best bang for you buck if you only have a ps4.

I love playstation games...I think the service is the best!

This was supposed to be a surprise gift from my wife for xmas, but I was on her rewards account filling out a review for another purchase and saw this. Santa got busted! Oh well, still gotta wait until xmas to keep the surprise alive. Should be fun to use once I get it...maybe i can find it, unwrap it, use the code, then rewrap it?

The PlayStation Plus is similar to Xbox's Live Gold where you can get a couple of free games every month and some great discounts on games and add-ons. The membership is worth it since it can be used on the PS4, PS3 and Vista. at no additional charge. The free games alone are worth the cost of the membership!

The amount of free games you receive is more than worth the asking price, but sale prices are also wonderful. You do need PS+ for multiplayer on PS4, which is a bit limiting, but the perks outweigh this in spades. Well worth a purchase, especially if you don't feel comfortable giving Sony payment information!

How are you going to review a Playstation membership card? It gets you access to PSN. That's all it does. I guess it performs its function flawlessly.

The card is not the issue, the network on the other hand is. The PS4 Network is mediocre at best and suffers temporary outages on a regular basis. Sony should invest into upgrading the network.

PS Plus enables user to download free games on PS3 and PS4 which is great, the annoying thing is that you have to be registered in order to play online on your PS4, something that was not forced upon the user on a PS3, other than that the PS Plus is useful and definitely enhances the use of your console regardless it being a 3 or a 4.
