With the new PS4 the PS Plus is a must.the up side is the discount on buying digatal games , DLC , game trails. I bought the Black Friday deal & so it was basically buy one get one free , how could I pass that up.

Started using a trial subscription with my ps4 and had a hard time canceling it prior to acquiring my one year subscription. Would not recommend that route as I had to wait on hold on the Sony help line for 45 minutes. Due to system problems, I was unable to cancel online or using my console. Would recommend the longer membership due to the fact that it would provide you with less hassle.

problem is that the renewal did not show up before my expiration so there was no proof that i had applied it

Definitely worth the money. Yes, it gets you access to play online, but you also get free games every month for the PS4, PS3, and Vita, as well as many great deals and sales that happen frequently

For the price 12 months on online play for ps4 and 2 free titles a month is a great deal. Much better than Xbox where you dont get the extra games. It is an absolute must if your want to play any games online.

Sure you do, but it all depends on how often you really will be using online features. For me who plays Destiny, Drive Club, Madden, and other online multi-player games, this is a must. Enhances your enjoyment and worth the $50. It ends up being less than $4.17/month. I'm sure you spend more than that on something not worth the price but in this case, it's worth the minimum price.

My kids love getting free games off the Playstation Plus program. When I saw this for $10 cheaper than normal, I jumped at it. It arrived super fast. Would buy again, next year when this expires.

although there is an annual fee for this thing, the perks you get are very good actually.....i got XCOM and Hitman and couple of Indie games for free, so right there alone the subscription is paid off already, lol!

You get free games monthly and discounts on games for only Plus Members. Most importantly, you get to play online with your friends which you can't do unfortunately without a Plus Membership.

Honestly, I gave it five stars because it allows the PS4 to work properly online. It is a necessity. Otherwise, there is nothing great about it. I have two PS3s, and they both get online fine without the card.

Its a hassle free way to get your member ship. I had not trouble setting it up. I know I could always find it here so it's the first place I go to for most purchases like this.

PSN card is so worth the money. I buy this card every year; buying the card is much cheaper than paying monthly. Free games each month and being able to play with your friends online. #kindafunny

No issues redeeming the code and got a bit of a discount on top of it too! As for playstation plus the free games each month are pretty nice but it's a must have if you do any online gaming.

So looking at past review of PS Plus they usually offer 1-2 AAA titles each year, and several decent indie titles as well. For me it's worth the money especially if you can find it on sale.

I gave it to my little brother so he can play online with his friends And other people that be online.. he say he likes it so far it makes the games more exciting when you play with other people

If you have a PS4 (or even better, still using a PS3) PS Plus usually has really great value with its free games and if you are a moderate to heavy gamer the deals and the online play is practically a must.

if you want to play online you have to have playstation plus. the instant game library is great, but you only get two games for the ps4, so unless you have a ps3 still or psvita, the instant game library doesn't seem like much. one membership does span the 3 systems which is cost efficent. very fast download speeds, but lack of downloadable content hurts (namely classic game library)

Having PS Plus is a mandotroy thing to have with a PS4, due to the recent price increase when I still saw they had the $49 cards I couldn't pass it up and now I'm locked in till early 2018.

I purchased two of these when Best Buy had it discounted and it was a good investment. Essentially getting two for the price of one. The added services and free games are a welcome addition to an avid gamer :-)

Well worth the cost for a year membership. After getting setup, I downloaded probably more than double the cost worth of free games and the choice of free games is very good. I'm very happy with my membership.
