Upgrading from the PS3 meant I was forced to have PlayStation Plus as I love playing online. While it does also allow you to download the monthly free games, I've hardly found an inspiring game to download. No complaints otherwise, and I guess it's a positive that I got it for a discounted price.

Its a card you use for the Playstation Network. Not hard to use.

The subscription is great. You have to get it. The preview of the free games and the online capabilities truly enhances the gaming experience.

You need play station plus in order to play online. I got a discount on this card because I purchased it with a ps4. So instead of 50 I got it for 40.

It's great! this price for a ONE YEAR membership. pretty sweet! but not sure if it automatically renews and charges your card under your PSN network.....

To play games online you've got to have a PSN subscription. I always wait for a decent sale, you can usually catch one at least once a year.

If you want ~5 free games a month then this for you. You normally get 2 ps4 titles, 1 ps3 and vita title. You'll also get massive discounts.

Great to get for the free games. It also allows you to beta test some games. easy to download games once they are released without driving to the store.

This lasts a full year and you can even get free games thru Sony. You have to have this for the free games though. Most of the games are pretty cool too.

If you have a PS4 you got to have this. Play on line and get lots of free games. Each month new free games are available. It a must have.

Yes some people will say they don't want to pay for online, but the games that sony gives with this PS Plus membership does make up for it.

No PSP player can be with out a membership - the full game trials, the early demos and special offers make this purchase a great investment.

I've never been a plus member then I broke down and bought a year when the ps4 came out. Great games for free and cloud back up make it we'll worth 50.00.

Gives you thousands of dollars in games and discounts each year. If you even have just one of the Playstation platforms it's more than worth the $50 MSRP.

You pretty much need it to play online and to get the monthly free games they offer. I bought it at $50 before it went up in price to $60.
