A Play Station Plus 12 month membership is the only way to go if you are willing to pay for online gaming. You definitely get the most bag for your buck. There are some pretty cool additional features such as a handful of free games every month.

to be honest it came with the bundle, my boyfriend uses it

I think it stinks that you need this to play destiny.

I've had PSP before, didn't really use it that much.

This is just a dumb add-on . They literally have nothing good available if you are a Plus Member. Maybe one day they will after reading reviews like this. That's why I gave them 2 stars. One for offering nothing, and two for hope, because I like sony.

Best buy is fine. My only con was that I got this 12 month card after i bought my ps4 destiney bundle. I also have xbox one which I enjoy much more then ps4..but im bias and love xbox..Anyways my ps4 died after 1.5 months and you can not get a refund for unused psn months unless you purchased the psn online through ps network. But if this 12 month card is ever on sale it would be worth it. So if you pay the full 50 bucks for 12 months I'd recomend just buying it online thru psn network plus no tax ;) *side note I am very happy with the new holiday return policy bb had this past 2014 holiday. Made me purchase more items then I should have but I did return a few with no issues.

i bought a PlayStation Now 1 year membership for $40.00 online at Best Buy. The card came on time but the card had a fold down the center which made it impossible to read once the code sticker was removed. I took the card to my local Best Buy store for a new card and they refused to honor the price i pad. i had to shell out another $10.00 plus tax for a new card. The whole reason I bought this card online was that it cost $40.00 and that I did have to go to the store to pick it up. Best Buy i a not happy with this purchase, because my local Best Buy store did not honor the Best Buy online purchase price. Thumbs down!

I bought this through Best Buy, but when I tried to activate it PSN told me the code was not active. I had to call them and provide a picture of the front/back as well as my receipt to get the 12-month membership I paid for!

Buying the gear was pricey enough, especially with the cost of games. This membership should have been free for the first year with purchase. Unfortunately, it is necessary to participate in the community. Apparently, it is a necessary evil.

Playstation was greatly enjoyed when I did not have to pay a yearly fee. There is little reason to stay with Playstation now, especially when more friends are jumping to Xbox. Both charge now!

I could not redeem this code it gave me an error code tried to return they did not accept contacted psn customer service and it took 4 days to receive a fresh code

Haven't played enough and not enough games out there yet but hopefully having to pay for this service will improve the server connectivity. Recommend only because it's not an option.
