This is the equivalent of xbox's xbox live membership, except it's $10 cheaper normally, but I was able to buy it for an additional $10 with this sale. DIdn't need to renew but as long as I had a good deal I didnt mind saving a bit in advanced. Online multiplayer gaming is the only gaming I do, so this is necessary.

I was not a member of PS Plus but they had a promo going on where you got 15 months for the price of 12months. I didnt want to miss that especially with the free games that are given to PSplus members. It was an easy decision to jump on board. Recommend for PS3 gamers

Just type in code and your set-up for 12 months. I buy one every year. You will need the membership if playing online with friends. Best value when they put them on sale.

The best deal in gaming. I have had Playstation plus since they rolled out the program. In the time of my membership I have saved countless of dollars on discounts and having gotten so many free games. I had to upgrade my ps3 harddrive so something much bigger than the stock drive in order to fit all my free games!

With the ps plus membership, you know EXACTLY what you're getting at a price that rarely fluctuates. I found the membership card, on bestbuy.com, for ten dollars off the original price. I ordered it and within a couple hours, it was ready to pick up at the local best buy. Quick and discounted!

Sony's answer to Xbox Live is pretty good. It's cheaper and you get a lot of free/cheap games. It's also not required to play games. If you have a Playstation 3, I recommend getting Playstation Plus just for the free games that you get every month.

I always buy these at best buy when I see them on sale. PS+ is going up $10 which we all hate and the ps+ monthly free games have been junk for a LONG time. Hope to get one or two playable games a year. Had to get this just to play the ps4 online while the ps3 can play for free.

While the old days of free online access for PS3 is gone, this is a must-have for PS4 gamers. The free additional games and skins to those who have purchased Playstation Plus is valuable and playing with others online is a nice way to open up your circle of friends.

When these go on sale a few times a year is the best time to get them. Most of the time around November to January they might go on a discount. Use them as soon as possible, I have had an issue with a stale code that I did not use for a year after purchasing.

Having a Playstation 4, this subscription is a must-have if you are planning on joining friends and the rest of the world in online sessions. $50 a year is not bad but $34 was even better due to the fact that I had My Best Buy Reward Points saved up!!

PS plus is a good value for the free games each month, discounts, and online multi-player. However, the quality of the free games the past few months has not appealed to me. With the recently announced price increase hopefully the quality of the free games will be better. P.S. you are not charged tax and if you are a Gamers Unlocked member you get double rewards points so this is the best place to purchase to got the most bang for your buck.

You can buy it online for the same price or you can kill a tree. I chose the later merely for the fact I had a best buy gift card. It works.

great program you can get so many games for free that you don't have to buy any games and you will have more then enough games to play for just $49.99 a year that is less then a AAA game release

This is worth it just for the free games. The cost is going up next year so you should go ahead and get this now. Of course five dollars a month is still a good deal for something that is required for you to play online.

Playstation Plus is a fantastic service that I would recommend to anyone with a PS3, PS4, or Vita. "Free" quality games for a yearly sub is a great deal and no Sony gamer should be without this. It paid for itself in the first month.

Totally worth it getting. You get free digital games which is a plus besides the online gaming that you just can't beat; playing with relatives that live out of state. I completely recommend you get a plus membership.

The Playstation Plus service gives you a year of online access to the Playstation Network on PS4 as well as two free games on the PS4, PS3, and PS Vita every month. That alone makes it pay itself off within 3 months.

There are some nice freebies that ps plus offers, but really the main key benefit is having your game save files uploaded to the cloud. I wish I had been using ps plus when I was using my ps3 that died, not having created backup files I lost countless hours of game save files. With ps4 it is a requirement to play online... For 50$ a year, its not terrible, but it would've been nice if sony had kept ps online free.

Sony gives their members a great experience with their online services. Comes with monthly games for no additional charge and easy to connect with your friends! They give great games not just free android/ios games
