I didn't need the Year membership. Only if you are wanting to win money while playing would you need to have the Membership.

If you want to play multiplayer this is a must have. The one year is a better option especially if you can catch it on sale.

There's nothing to say, anyone with a playstation basically has to buy PS Plus, and its worth it via the free games every month.

Playstation Network offers great value with this PS+ since you are able to get free games each month for each of their consoles.

This is a necessary item to play online...it is wierd that you have to pay every year but you get free downloads from psplus

Pretty self explanatory. Needed this plus membership in order to play online. Kinda bummed out playstation network isn't free anymore, but at the same time, I get it. On the bright side, it is $10 cheaper than xbox live. Enough talk, time to go trash talk! lol ;)

My ps4 is great I always purchase the 12 month subscription around the holidays so that I have no worries threw out the year
