This little radio outperformed a bigger and more expensive radio. Couldn't be moe pleased>

He loved it with the earphones that I also bought. Sadly, he didn't get much use out of it as he passed away on Christmas Eve. I kept the radio as a remembrance of how much he loved music.

I needed it as an input to broadcast sound into my stereo, when I took my kids to a drive-in theater. Reception was perfect, good length for the antenna. Also very important was the (for lack of a better word) 'tightness' of the tuner wheel...you set the station, and didn't have to re-adjust. Very solid product.

Love this Sony Portable AM/FM Radio

I like that there is a light that shows when a station is in tune. Has 2 - AA batteries that last longer, than my 2 small radios with 2 AAA batteries. I like to listen to a radio when I go to bed and when I get up.
