We needed a radio without a power cord attached and this one did a great job. Allowed us to run it off batteries and still had a great connection.

I bought this for my father he enjoys it. I was expecting a little more heft but for the money I'm am happy with the purchase.

Since this was the ONLY option for a battery radio I bought it. BUT smaller and higher priced than I liked.

Have had Sony weatheradio AM FM & it was no longer made, had to get this as replacement

I live in Northern California where extended power outages are becoming the new normal. I purchased this small, battery operated AM/FM radio for my mom to stay in touch with the world when the electricity goes off. The time to buy it is now, before the next outage. Great price, great size, great value.

Reminds me of the old days listening to Vin Scully on a transistor radio, love it!

Hard to find this type of radio anymore. Wish they had more similar options to make a purchase selection.

This radio reminds me of the old transistor radios. Convenient and runs on batteries so that no connections or sockets required. Wish it had the option of AC/DC connection but it works will on batteries.

I use this radio to tune To TV channels when at the gym. It helps to work through the time

The small radio has almost disappeared so I was happy to find this one and it works great.

Using this made me feel nostalgic. It helped that I bought it to use at a drive-in to spare my car battery. The sound was just a little tinny, but it was clear and could get pretty loud for such a little radio. Will definitely keep near emergency supplies as it would be perfect for that use as well.

I like listening to talk shows while I work in the garden. It just fits in my pocket.

after the winter apocolypse here in Houston I decided I needed something to keep in touch and didnt want to buy an expensive boom box and it would be replacing one of the crank radio/flashlights I've had since Hurricane Ike. Just wanted something simple and this fits the bill.

Nice little radio for the price. Not great reception in my basement, even with the antenna extended.

Bought this for the wife to listen to local radio station at work. Seems to work well even though the station is only a mile away. Pretty good sound even though we usually listen to Bose.

Hard to find good AM/FM radios, this is a good one. I like it because it actually has a speaker and a earphone jack, so you can do either.
