buy was to listen to Lions games on the golf course

Tough to get a FM signal sometimes but for the size it will work to listen to the game.

BRING BACK THE MEMORIES! THIS RADIO IS WELL WORTH THE MONEY. RECENT POWER OUTAGE WAS NO MATCH FOR THE GREAT FM AND AM RADIO BRINGING CALM MUSIC AND VALUABLE INFORMATION. EXCELLENT RECEPTION.

One of the best portable , Radio ever, Sony making this brand over years , I have had one the time I was a teenager for the long time, and just few weeks ago porches one on line from Best Buy and I love it!!!

Absolutely LOVE THIS RADIO... This thing works great! I bought one of those emergency radios years ago....waste of time. I installed 2 AA batteries in it....ran it for days....batteries are still new.

I really like my Sony radio because it brings in the stations loud & clear & it has a light for battery & tuner. And it’s just $20 dollars. I’ve paid more for radios that are not as good.

I use for ball games in my office. the am stations 780 cubs of course come in great.

Great to fill in when I'm away from home or auto radio

This is a very basic transistor radio, which was exactly what I was looking for for my elderly mother who had to go to hospital. The sound is decent, the reception is OK. Although it was not expensive, I felt that it nevertheless was a tad over priced.

Been putting off getting a portable AM/FM radio, seen they only had one of these at the store so that motivated me. Works better then my table top analog radio, A must have if the lights go out or on the road.

This was a gift for a senior citizen, who I call "Mom", to listen to her favorite religious radio stations! She is very happy with how compact it is and that it can hold in her dress pocket.

Picked this item up for an emergency kit addition. When cell phone signals are out and no wifi exists... it's not a bad idea to have some extra batteries around and one of these. It's as simple to use as it gets for radio technology. I'm a big Sony fan and been one since I was a kid. The quality of the products I've purchased with this brand's name on it have not failed me from home audio, computers, display monitors, cd players, etc. This one is no exception. I'd recommend it.

Sony is always my preferred manufacturer. Best Buy is my go to store.

Good radio, but it's not digital, side headphone..

I wanted a small am/fm radio to put on my elliptical machine to listen to while I exercise. This little Sony works out great. No need for ear plugs or wires. Low price for what I wanted. Uses batteries so very portable.

Great size and quality for a back up emergency radio during power outages. Reminds me of my first and original Sony transistor radio that I listened to cousin Brucie back in the 60’s.
