We bought this so we could go to the outdoor movies and save our car battery. The car next to us in the lot needed to be jumped because they used their car radio.

I got this hoping that it would pull in my favorite radio station so I could listen at work with the headphones. Unfortunately, I couldn't get my station to come in. I will be giving it to my grandson next time he comes to visit.

Very dependable AM/FM radio. It is also a very reliable radio, does take a licking and keeps on ticking. My brother-in-law is blind and hard of hearing, but this radio along with headphones, allows him to keep up with the current news.

Excellent value. Sony always has delivered quality at an affordable price, however, this time I expected a little more. It didn't seem to be the normal Sony value and quality.

Great low cost, simple battery powered portable radio, purchased for emergency Hurricane supplies kit -- great to know I can get info during power outages.

This little pocket radio is just what I wanted to have when we have power outages. It helps make the dark go faster if there is a radio to provide contact with the outside world.

Bought this radio as a gift for my niece that wanted a back up if they lose power to their home. She is very pleased with the quality of this small but powerful radio!

Nice little compact radio. I got this to tune to 1010WINS, which was always on in my dad's car, and put in his casket when he was buried, turned on and tuned to 1010 of course. I wonder if it's still playing.

Couldn't ask for anything better that serves its purpose and doesn't have all the bells and whistles. I had a little trouble with the strap, but other than that it works great!

I bought this to have a way to listen to radio stations when we lose power. It replaced a transistor radio that no longer functioned and a crank operated radio that I used for power emergencies. Time will tell how it holds up.

Decent sound for a pocket radio, use it with earbuds in the deer blind. Would give it a 4 or 5 if the antenna reception wasn't so direction dependent .

My mother love it. Sge want and old school radio to travel with. The only thing is they should have made the tuning digital

My grandma picked this out to use when she travels to conventions. We simply set the channel and she able to use it quite easily!
