I was looking for a speaker for upstairs in my bed and bathroom- this one is very loud, nice clear sound and easy set up. Would def recommend

I ordered 5 of these speakers for Christmas gifts, and of coarse I opened one before wrapping them to be sure they were good quality. Synched it with my phone, turned on some tunes, and fell in love with this speaker ! I had a hard time not accidentally on purpose keeping one for myself. They all went to who they were bought for and all were EXTREMELY happy with them.small speaker, huge sound. Volume control, you can answer your cell phone through it. I feel that the sound is comparable to a Bose , yet a fraction of the price.

This speaker is a great buy. The bluetooth works great. It is really loud and has great bass. I wish it was waterproof but i would recommend.

Bluetooth works seemlessly with iPhone 6s+. Speaker sounds awesome, is crystal clear, and really good deep bass for such a small speaker. I was sceptical at first of the price but now am glad I spent the money!

Great portable speaker. I bought this sony speaker when it was on sale, prior to this I had ordered the jawbone portable speaker wich was also on sale. When I tried the jawbone for the first time I wasn't satisfied with it. It just wasn't what I was expecting,so I returned it to the store. I then saw this sony speaker wich was on sale, and they had one on display,when I heard the difference on the sound and volume,I was impressed on how good the sound was and ended up buying it. Overall i'm very satisfied with this product.

This newer version of the XB-2 is pretty good. The extra bass gives the sound a bit more umph. The size of the speaker is decently good, along with 10+ hrs of battery life and the option of using aux for computers.

I purchased this speaker to pair with my iPad and iPhone. It pairs easily. The sound is great, a lot of bass, and is plenty loud!

This product sound and its portable are exceptional above average. I bought it on sale and sound quality is no less than expensive speaker such as Bose. It light and loud, really worth the money.

This is a great sounding speaker especially the bass boost. The battery will last all day plus some. The volume is excellent.

I compared several different portable speakers side-by-side before deciding to purchase this Sony unit. The sound from this speaker compared to the other offerings was so much better and clearer. Sony has done a great job with their audio design on this one, and has managed to squeeze as much sound as physically possible out of a small device. It sounds great whether in the bathroom, outside, or even on the dashboard of an old Jeep. It's rugged and durable, and boasts a long battery life.

I purchased two of these bluetooth speakers. Once was for a work secret santa present and one for myself. I got it during black friday for $50 and thought price was cheap for a water resistant bluetooth speaker with extra bass. I love bass and not man small speakers have that. I have a old JBL speaker and it sounds great but not enough bass. I received the Sony speaker yesterday and i was amazed on how loud the speaker can get and the extra bass is amazing. I turned on my JBL as well and comparing the difference. Size and sound is great but i wish the treble could be better on the Sony. My JBL clarity was much better then the Sony but overall it's a great purchase for the money.

Great audio in a compact package...for a very fair price. I waited to buy this thinking I needed one of those high end BOSS speakers, and boy was I wrong. The wattage, sound, and quality is excellent.The speaker easily paired with the first SXB2 speaker I purchased. The uses for this speaker is unlimited and for the cost, I already got my money's worth. I recommended this to a girlfriend for use in her salon - she bought one - and she is just as satisfied. This is a good value!!

I was looking for a speaker that would be great for both using outside and inside and this works great. The volume is great and I like that there is an option for bass or not, and the bluetooth wireless feature is the best part - I don't have to worry about plugging the speaker in near a wall or dragging an extension cord around, I can just carry it around and set it down wherever I need it and bring my phone or laptop with me and change the music from there. Overall, really great product.

Got this for my 15 year old son since his two other younger siblings have there own speakers and he kept borrowing mom's. He thought it was ok. His first problem was the color red (actually it looks orange), but I thought black is so drab and the blue is WOW BRIGHT. He later told me he was impressed since it was really loud. Not as loud as his mothers Bose speaker, but really good at a fraction of the cost when it was a deal of the day & my points. Awesome!

I bought this to use with my iPod, I was impressed with the sound and size. The battery had a decent life and the bass boost is a nice feature. I got it on sale and it works well.
