We wanted something small but with some volume and good sound for not a lot of money. We were lucky enough to get this when it was on sale at Best Buy for $69. I would still buy it at $99 retail. I find no fault (knock on wood) with this speaker.

Sound is tinny and awful. Don't waste your money..

This was a present for my girlfriend's birthday as her previous speaker had stopped working. This was a light weight and great sounding speaker at a competitive price to other more expensive units that didn't sound that much better. Holds a good charge so far.

Excellent speaker. Unlike most other speakers, you can run this off AC-DC or the battery. You can also turn off the auto off setting. Good bass. Strong bluetooth connection. Solid build. Good on you, Sony.

I did an extensive online research before purchasing this product. I reviewed Beats pill, Bose, Harmon, products. They are all very good in one or other area. I was skeptical about sound volume on Sony since it looked small and there was no mention of volume and quality of sound at high volume. But man this speaker is awesome. For a normal size living room (20'x25') its great. I love the extra bass option. It makes listening even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this product.

I was ready to purchase a Bose Sound Link, but came across this Sony. It was on sale, making it $50 (42%!!!) less than the Bose and with comparable sound quality. The Bose was more bass heavy, but the mids and highs were more muddled than this Sony unit--so it's a tie in my mind... So I went with the Sony and the BT setup was instantaneous (and recognition each time I turn it on is immediate too), the sound is good, and the value is significant. Highly recommend.

Well I purchased this Sony Bluetooth speaker looking for a more pumped sound than the Sony small Cube model srs-x11 from last year,which I gave to my mom and honestly is amazing for the size but this new speaker is off the hook,very loud and great quality of sound overall is a great Bluetooth speaker,get it!!!!

Was skeptical at first by the size. Then I turned it on. Very good sound quality. Sounds good in my apartment. Only thing is that I had it fully charged and about halfway on the sound with the bass on and it lasted only 3 hrs. Maybe it will have more juice without the bass but it sounds much better with. Overall satisfied with price for quality of product.

I am in love with my new portable speaker! I am glad I made this purchase. I use it everywhere I go. Great sound I can say for a cheaper price its way better than those other expensive portable speakers everyone is talking about. I have recommended it to all my friends and family and some have got their own .

Why did I wait so long to get this? I am now listening to MY music everywhere I go in the house, yard or when working in the garage. Very good sound quality - balance between bass and treble is perfect. Very good clarity whether listening to acoustic or heavy rock. Love it!

I was looking for a small bluetooth/aux speaker to bring out on the patio around the house. Ive only had it a week so far, but its great. Its so small and has an awesome sound for less than $70

Works great. Good sound. Easy to use. Highly recommend. I got Sonos 3 and it isn't Bluetooth but this is awesome. The sound is very crisp. I wish there are more colors though

It's smaller than I thought. The sound is better than I thought. The price is cheaper than I thought. Overall, very pleased. As far as sound - it was sitting on the shelf right next to the new h.ear speaker which I went to purchase initially - which was twice the price. And I ended getting this one instead - I like treble, and this had better treble.

I love this speaker. It sounds great and is very convenient. Setting up the bluetooth with my iPhone was super simple.

Wife sent me on a task to buy two bluetooth speakers for Christmas gifts. I was told to keep it around $50 a piece. I listened to less expensive models around her price point, then listened to more expensive ones. These were on sale for $69 and for the extra $ the was no comparison, and these sounded better than ones over $100 easy. Crisp and balanced soft or loud. I bought the last two they had...but now I want one.

This little thing is amazing. Has great sound and bass. Worth the money.

I love Sony products.With that said the Sony Bluetooth speaker is awesome.Could not believe the sound quality from such a small speaker.Item just went on sale and I missed it.Hated that happened but I am satisfied with my purchase.
