I loved this speaker, for its size it’s pretty powerful. Connects to Bluetooth quickly and easily

I went to the store to buy a portable speaker. They had a few on display to where you could actually test them out. The sound quality is great on this speaker and the battery life is amazing. I really have no complaints about it yet. I bought the extended warranty through Best Buy just to be safe.

This is a great portable speaker! Great bass, good and loud or soft volume, and water resistant? How much more can you ask for? I got it half off for $50 on Black Friday (2016), with the original price being $100. I can see why it was this price because it is an excellent product. Great job Sony!

This wireless speaker has excellent sound; we compared this unit to several others in the store and nothing but the Bose came close in sound quality. Then you look at the sale price and this becomes a no-brainer, awesome deal. Not tinny or muddled like the others - clear treble, with strong bass.

The design is sleek and nice,doesn't take up a lot of room and works great for listening to my meditations in bed without using earbuds in case I fall asleep. It's also perfect for listening to music or podcasts while driving long distance or working in my studio. The only thing I can't figure out is how to reduce the bass. You can add more bass but there's no button for reducing it and therefore the 4 stars.

I've been really satisfied with the speaker. It sounds amazing and the extra bass option seems to have been worth it. Connects easily and consistently with my and my wife's phone. We took it to the beach and didn't have any problems. There are cheaper options but have no regrets about buying this one

Bought this as a gift for my father in law. From the moment we connected it and turned it in, we both feel in love with the sound. The extra bass feature does just enough without being too overpowering and killing the voice.

This sony srs xb2 Bluetooth speaker is a very high quality product as anything sony with undistorted sound with any genre and has an extra bass feature (hence the name xb2), I have bought this speaker for myself and 2 other people which has to mean sony did something right with this product.

Purchased for my 14 year-old son as a birthday gift. He wanted a wireless device to play aloud while nearly doing everything. He wanted something much louder than his phone but relatively small and mobil. Not knowing much of anything about these new wireless speakers I went to Best Buy and sampled the speakers using the store product display board. The quality and sound appeared to be good so I made the purchase. A good purchase it was. My son was able to unpack the speaker and had it connected to his phone listening to music in what seemed liked seconds. I hadn't seen something work this well right out the box since I got my first MAC. Good product, great sound with enhanced base and you are also able to use it as a speaker phone when talking on your cellar device, I din't realize this ability when I made the initial purchase. Prior to my purchase I didn't see why anyone would want such a small speaker; however, I'm now a fan and I'm seeking to make the purchase of one for my personal use.

After trying a cheaper bluetooth speaker, tried this product for my wife to listen to pandora and netflix through her phone. Has worked flawlessly since first charge, easily syncing to her phone, and with considerable volume. Extra bass is especially welcome for music for the size of the speakers.

I enjoy the size, weight, and sound of this speaker, it's great for parties and picnics.

So this thing is pretty great, the size is small enough to push in a travel bag or camping pack. And the battery last for more than 6hrs of continued use. I would recommend this to anyone not wanting to go the beat pill route.

I'm very happy with the Sony Xb2 wireless speaker. The bass boost adds a level of bass not found in many other speakers in this price range or size. I use it in my golf cart and the rubber pads on the bottom prevent the speaker from sliding around. It works great for my application

The sound is great. I haven't had the volume all the way up because it has been loud enough without doing so while sitting on my patio. I would definitely recommend this speaker.
