This is my foray into the Bluetooth speakers. Love the idea of taking into it into garage so I can listen to music I enjoy rather the junk on local radio. Speaker sounds ok but is not a replacement for my full blown Boston Acoustics in the house. Some reviews I read of speakers gave knocks for apparently not sounding like a larger home system. The Sony plays clear enough for my two car garage and kicking back in a deck chair sitting just outside. Sounds gets a 3.5 Star. Battery takes awhile to charge which for me is not a real issue as I can plug the speaker into a wall outlet in the garage. Charging/battery gets a three star. Price was right in the button for me for $70 on sale. Believe they were clearing it out for newer models. Price Five stars. Listened to lots of speakers in Best Buy and the Sony held its own. And for the money was great buy. Overall I might have given the speaker a 3.5 star rating but certainly more to the four star than a three. Good little speaker.

Speaker has loud sound quality for its size. Recommended based on its portability.

I got this as a gift for my moms boyfriend who is a music freak. He really wanted a high end speaker that was gonna cost me a fortune, but he loved this.

Do I need to add to Sony's reputation at making the best in Video and Audio this a 5 star product. I would definitely reccomend you buy this, thanku. L

I use this device while sitting on my deck. It has amazing sound quality but the bass speakers break up rather quickly. Setting the speaker so the bass frequencies bounce of a wall or better yet a window helps a lot. If you are looking for thumping bass at a party, look elsewhere

I enjoyed the wireless speaker it was great for pool side parties it made it more convenient to enjoy music outdoors great items glade I purchased it

I bought this for a classroom. I wanted to show a movie and needed something that would work for audio. I am so glad I made this purchase.

I really like it , is a sony . The only thing that i dont like is you dont know how low or level of charge i have left . Other then that the product its great

Did not want to spend too much on a Bluetooth speaker. I wanted to hear the speaker before I bought. Like the treble and bass. The speaker was being discontinued for a new version so I got a great deal.

I was between this or the Bose speaker, but the price is worth it for this one.

Sure you can spend a ton of money for this type of product but for $99, this speaker is awesome. Highly recommend.
